When I walked in to the bathroom and noticed a used washcloth and bar of soap in the shower, my opinion quickly started to change. When we first walked in to our room, I was actually impressed by the size and layout. However, at every opportunity, they've shown me that they have given up. At the Rio, I could've looked past the fact that it is a bit dated and 'broken in'.

It's when it seems it has given up that it earns poor ratings from me.

Just because a property has not been updated recently and shows some wear and tear doesn't mean it's not a good property.
